We are delighted to announce that Agria Pet's new bethebrand system is live.

The new system (named TAILS) provides a full suite of functionality and is configured to meet Agria Pet's needs.

Agria Pet Insurance is a UK-based company that offers lifetime pet insurance for dogs, cats,rabbits, and horses. Known for its high claim acceptance rate (98%), The Telegraph recognised it as the best pet insurance overall in 2024. The company is committed to providing comprehensive coverage and excellent customer service, making it a popular choice for pet owners in the UK.

The team at AgriPet wanted a system that could not only manage the approval of regulated marketing assets but could also manage other marketing content and also other confidential assets.

Phase 1 of the project has delivered a system with workflows that support the approval, re-approved and archival of Financial Promotion & Non-Financial Promotion assets as well as the bulk upload of images, a critical feature for a pet insurance provider, given the high volume of image assets involved.

The next phase of the project will see a new workflow to manage the lifecycle of other confidential assets.

It has been 6 months in creation and delivers a bespoke experience to meet the specific needs of the organisation. The system has been named ‘DAhL’ after the well-loved author and incorporating the initials of ‘Digital Asset Library’.
